Elevate every event with exceptional cuisine! As Banquet Chef, you will lead the preparation and execution of banquet and catering menus at Nissan Stadium. From intimate gatherings to large-scale events, you will ensure every dish reflects Levy’s culinary excellence, meets event specifications, and delights guests.
Qualifications:
Culinary degree or equivalent professional experience
Minimum 3 years of banquet or high-volume catering experience in a leadership role
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously
Knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation regulations
ServSafe certification or equivalent food safety credential
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, prepare, and execute banquet menus for events of all sizes
Lead and train banquet culinary staff for consistent quality and presentation
Coordinate with event planners and service teams to ensure smooth service
Monitor inventory levels and manage ordering for event needs
Ensure compliance with all food safety and sanitation standards
Maintain cost control and meet budgetary targets
