Job Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated Entry Level Personal Assistant to join our dynamic team ASAP. This unique opportunity is ideal for someone looking to kickstart their career in administration and personal assistance within a fast-paced environment. As a Personal Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our executive team, ensuring their day-to-day activities run smoothly and efficiently.

Pay Range: $750- $1100 per week

Key Responsibilities
Manage and organize schedules for executives
Coordinate appointments and meetings including booking venues
Prepare and distribute meeting agendas and notes
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence and communications
Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations
Maintain organized files and document systems
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Ability to prioritize tasks and work under tight deadlines
A positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn
