Location: Hollywood Area

Compensation: $90 – 100K + Bonus

Benefits: Full Comprehensive Package

Keys to Job: Ideal Candidates will have larger company work experience at least 500 or more employees or 500 million in revenue or more. Must have at least 4 or more Executive Assistant experience; The Company likes people with Medical, Healthcare,  Non-Profit or Entertainment experience is a big plus but not a must; Must have experience working with C - Suite executive level including, meeting, managing calendars, travel, etc. Must have strong project management experience. The position has standard Mon - Fri work hours, must be in office this is not a remote or hybrid position.

JOB DESCRIPTION -

Executive Assistant

The Executive Assistant is a vital contributor at Company, serving as the primary support for senior leadership by managing essential communications and acting as a central point for information exchange. Reporting to a senior administrative leader, this role facilitates smooth coordination by conveying critical updates across teams and with external partners, maintaining a professional and approachable demeanor.

This position requires adaptability in a fast-paced environment, embodying Company’s commitment to its core values and mission to deliver outstanding support for leadership and enhance the workplace for all. The Executive Assistant fosters collaboration across departments, minimizes conflicts, and promotes cohesive teamwork, demonstrating flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities and positively influence colleagues and clients.

The Executive Assistant will oversee a range of responsibilities, including arranging travel through approved platforms, compiling and reviewing expense reports, and managing schedules for senior leadership. The role also involves drafting and sharing communications, preparing reports, and supporting a senior leader in their role as a board liaison, including participation in board-related activities as required.

Success in this role hinges on embracing Company’s collaborative culture, where accountability to multiple leaders is essential. By utilizing modern tools and communication methods, the Executive Assistant reinforces the organization’s dedication to efficiency and excellence, championing key priorities with clarity and focus. The

Executive Assistant will manage assigned projects under the guidance of senior leadership, serving as a connector between departments to link staff with relevant resources or experts. This role demands a proactive approach to task management, ensuring organizational improvement through meticulous documentation and a commitment to advocating for what’s just. Additional duties may be assigned to support Company’s objectives.
