Description Are you an experienced Executive Assistant looking for a long-term contract opportunity? Key Responsibilities: + Provide high-level administrative support to executives, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements. + Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence with a high degree of accuracy and professionalism. + Manage confidential information and communications with discretion. + Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders. + Coordinate special projects, events, and operational tasks as needed. + Assist with expense reporting, budgeting, and procurement processes. + Maintain organization of office systems, files, and records. Requirements + 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, supporting C-level or senior leadership. + Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other administrative tools. + Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills. + Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. + Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. + Experience in industries such as healthcare, education, manufacturing, or corporate administration is a plus.
