About the Role:

Tivolisworld LLC is seeking an experienced   Facilities Manager   to oversee the upkeep, maintenance, and repair of residential condo and co-op buildings. This position ensures that all common areas and building systems are well maintained, safe, and operating efficiently to provide a high-quality living environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee maintenance and repair of building systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and elevators.
  
• Manage upkeep of common areas such as lobbies, hallways, parking lots, and grounds.
  
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers for routine maintenance and emergency repairs.
  
• Develop and manage maintenance schedules and budgets.
  
• Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and safety hazards.
  
• Supervise maintenance staff and contractors, providing guidance and ensuring quality work.
  
• Respond promptly to resident maintenance requests and complaints.
  
• Ensure compliance with all safety, building, and environmental regulations.
  
• Assist with capital improvement projects and renovations as needed.
  
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and expenses.
  

Requirements

• Proven experience in facilities or building management, preferably in residential or multi-unit housing.
  
• Strong knowledge of building systems and maintenance procedures.
  
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
  
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
  
• Proficiency with maintenance management software and Microsoft Office.
  
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Facility Management Professional (FMP)) a plus.
