**Job Title** Facility Manager **Job Description Summary** We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Facility Manager to oversee a portfolio of vacant industrial buildings. The ideal candidate will focus on the preventative maintenance of key building systems, ensuring these facilities are maintained in a safe and operational condition, while minimizing risk and preventing costly repairs. The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
