As a Senior Associate, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. As part of the Enterprise Risk and Controls team you shall provide services related to process and controls, risk assessment, and controls testing methodologies across the 3 lines of defense. As a Senior Associate you shall analyze complex problems, mentor others, and maintain senior standards. You shall focus on building client relationships and developing a deeper understanding of the business context, navigating increasingly complex situations, and growing your personal brand and technical knowledge. The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
