Step Into the Role of Lead HVAC System Installer

We are on the lookout for a tactful Lead HVAC System Installer to enhance our Bristol, CT crew, ensuring operational excellence and adherence to top-tier craftsmanship.

Function and Tasks:

Head and monitor all stages of installation tasks
Facilitate collaboration between team members to meet deadlines
Diagnose and rectify installation-related issues promptly
Train junior members on effective installation methodologies
Record precise documentation of project progression

Core Responsibilities:

Ensure project completion with efficiency and cost-effectiveness
Engage with clients and managers to clarify project demands
Provide education and direction to entry-level technicians
Effectively resolve technical problems encountered
Update and manage accurate project documentation
Ensure all activities comply with safety and corporate standards

Essential Criteria:

Completion of high school or GED
Substantial experience in equipment setup and maintenance
Proficient leadership with adept communication skills
Able to work solo and with peers efficiently
Pays attention to finer details and possesses problem-solving capacity
Valid driving license and dependable transport

Licensing Prerequisites:

S-2 Unlimited Heating, Piping, and Cooling Journeyperson
S-10 Limited Heating Cooling Journeyperson
D-2 Limited Warm Air, Air Conditioning, and Refrigeration Journeyperson
D-4 Limited Cooling Journeyperson
