Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Personal Assistant who loves to travel. Are you interested in a job where you get to work closely with decision-makers at the highest level of a small business? We’re hiring a superb personal assistant to improve our efficiency and productivity to achieve our organizational goals. You will be taking phone calls, running errands, setting appointments, taking meeting minutes, filing paperwork, and performing any other duties as needed. The ideal candidate for this position is a self-starter who enjoys planning and has great interpersonal skills. • Deliver packages and pick up orders as needed
• Complete any other necessary tasks as assigned
• Prepare meetings, write down notes, and email meeting minutes to make meetings run smoothly
• Set up meeting spaces for when guests arrive to make people feel welcome
• Relay messages received through phone calls or emails to our team to make our business run more efficiently
• Act as a handler for corporate events while traveling
• Order pickup lunch for the office

Qualifications:

• Ability to work independently
• Prior work experience as a personal assistant, executive secretary, executive assistant, administrative assistant, or related job experience performing personal assistant duties
• Applicants must have graduated high school or equivalent
• Demonstrates ability to use Microsoft Office
• Superb time management skills and communication skills, written and verbal
• At least 3 reputable personal assistant references
