He/She coordinates and leads master data meetings with internal and external stakeholders and is responsible for keeping the master data accurate and up to date into the systems. She\He is first point of contact for SAP/WMS master data queries . Candidate leads the master data trainings to the operators, investigate and support resolutions of master data issues. She/He drives the process improvements in area of master data for both SAP and WMS. **What you'll do:** + Support of new business implementations and existing clients projects in area of master data + Translation of the master data information received from the client into the SAP/WMS required format. Review, analyze and prepare various master data files for loading into SAP and WMS + As Subject matter expert supports master data EDI mapping sessions. + Investigation and resolution of master data issues in both SAP and WMS + Responsible for research and decision making on complex master data elements. + As Master data SME supports user Acceptance Testing for new business implementation, functionality changes or client requested changes. + Conducts internal and external stakeholders meetings to clarify master data inquires. + Evaluate and drives projects to further optimize and improve master data processes in SAP and WMS. + Perform additional operators trainings in area of master data + Supporting the implementation of new clients through the coordination and setup of master data elements. + Other duties as assigned. **What you'll get:** + A salary starting from 3600, based upon relevant work experience and knowledge; + Excellent benefits including 29 leave days based on a full-time position, 8% holiday allowance, travel allowance, company pension scheme, collective health insurance, phone/laptop, bicycle scheme and discounts at gym subscription; + Onboarding and ongoing training; + Professional growth (technical and business process knowledge); + Plenty of opportunities to progress and grow thanks to our 'promotion from within policy'; + Participation to interesting and cross functional projects; + Exposure to innovation and initiatives; + International environment and career opportunities. **What you'll need:** + Demonstrated ability to manage/prioritize multiple tasks/projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. + Ability to work independently. + High attention to detail. + Strong organization skills required to set priorities, meet deadlines. + Strong decision-making skills. + Proficiency of Microsoft Office software to include advanced tasks in Excel (formula creation, pivot tables, queries creation). + Excellent oral and written communication skills. + Strong analytical skills. + Strong time management skills. + Hybrid position, shift starting at 8AM (M-F), O/T and weekends as needed. + Ability to work with external and internal stakeholders **Preferences:** + The Master data management experience in SAP and/or WMS + Experience in working into the project teams + WMS experience beneficial. + Healthcare Logistic Supply chain experience preferred. + Bachelor's degree or 2 years related industry experience - Preferred + Regulatory and compliance knowledge preferred. **Type de contrat:** en CDD (durée déterminée) _Chez UPS, égalité des chances, traitement équitable et environnement de travail inclusif sont des valeurs clefs auxquelles nous sommes attachés._
