Job Summary

Bring your culinary skills to the heart of the action! As a Sous Chef, you will lead the kitchen team in executing high-quality dishes while maintaining efficiency and consistency. You will oversee food preparation, ensure compliance with safety and sanitation guidelines, and collaborate with the Executive Chef to create an exceptional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate food preparation activities
• Ensure consistency in food quality, presentation, and taste
• Maintain proper food storage and sanitation standards
• Assist with menu planning and recipe development
• Train and mentor kitchen staff to uphold company standards
• Monitor inventory and assist in ordering supplies
• Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure a seamless dining experience

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of culinary experience in a high-volume setting
• Associate’s degree in Culinary Arts preferred
• Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
• Experience in inventory control and food cost management
• Ability to lead and train a team in a fast-paced environment
